The Challenge
Millennium Development needed a tool for condo residents to report deficiencies and for contractors and management to track and resolve them. Chris Botting, who had worked with Midstride previously, provided project management and design while Midstride handled development.
The Solution
The application was built with Laravel and Inertia + Vue.js. Residents can submit deficiency reports from any device behind an authenticated login. Contractors view reports in a searchable interface, add comments, and update statuses. Using pre-made Tailwind CSS components allowed Midstride to deliver a polished interface without an expensive design phase. The result: a premium custom web application at a fraction of the typical cost. The tool is actively used by residents and contractors on a weekly basis.
